Hands down the best cape I have ever used. Perfect State Board Practical Examination Cape. Once you secure it... it stays in place. The tail is extra long and overlaps beautifully. The stitching is quality, quality, quality. The best part is once you open the neck piece to perform the neck shave, the client's back remains protected and NO hair gets on the client's clothing. I only wish they would bring the capes to the Barber's International Conference.
